This year we\'re offering 4 different intensive pre-conference workshops led by some great authors and educators. Running 9am - 5pm. Read about them at the top of the sessions section.

STUDENTS + SCHOOLS PORTFOLIO DAY
Tuesday, June 15th
Location: Holiday Inn Metrodome
Students are so, so, so strongly encouraged to use this day to show off their portfolios and get feedback. Schools can use this day to promote their design and interactive programs. This is a great opportunity to make connections. It\'s pretty simple really. You sign up for the conference, and then let us know you want to show off your work. We\'ll assign you some table space and you can show your portfolio to the industry. Contact us for details.

Flashbelt D.I.Y. Meetup
Tuesday, June 15th
Location: Above the Nomad World Pub
6pm - 8:30pm
If you\'re attending the Flashbelt Conference come by this extra event and enjoy. If you like Soft Circuits, Physical Computing, Arduino Projects, or Circuit Bending come by this informal meetup during the Flashbelt Conference to get your geek on with other conference attendees and speakers. Join us for a relaxed show-and-tell and social hour as part of the conference. Check out the facebook event page for the meetup.
